Open for Prayer:- 11th October.
 
  Parkside Church will open its doors from 10am-11.30am on every second Wednesday of the month for Prayer.
You can come and pray in silence or aloud, or maybe light a candle for a loved one, or just sit in silence for a few moments in God's presence. You could even invite a friend. Come along and offer your prayers to God in Hope or in Thanks. There may also be a short prayer walk around the village. This will take around 20/30 minutes.
 
 

Coffee Morning - 21st Oct

Our next coffee morning will be on 21st Oct, 10am- 11.30pm. All proceeds  to the R.N.L.I .


 
   
   
 
  


               Bible Study Group: Oct

              The Sept dates are 9th/23rd. We start our Advent study  

 

           

 

               Parkside Paint and Palette Group 

        Parkside P&P are holding a Watercolour demonstration by well known artist Charles Evans        

        on  10th Oct @ 7.15pm. Admission  £3.50 includes light refreshments.

 

       Saturday 28th Oct is the annual Parkside P&P Exhibition from 10.00am -4.00 pm. Admission £1.

     Various stalls, hot/cold food will be served and a free demonstration by local artist David Newbould.

      
 
          

               Coffee & Company ...... There will be no Coffee and Company this month
 
         A new name, new day and new time. What was CU 4T as now become Coffee & Company. This will take place in the Church. Although this is aimed at the more mature of age and  those who live alone. Anyone and everyone is welcome to just drop in and have a drink and a chat. This will take place every 3rd Monday in the month starting on 20th March. 10.00am-11.30.
 
 
 
             Community Film Night:-  Oct

     This months film night will be on 26th. The featured film is 'The Shack'. Mack Phillips life and faith are shattered when his youngest daughter Milly is kidnapped and later found murdered whilst on a family camping holiday. Months later Mack receives a mysterious note asking him to meet up at the Shack signed by Papa....... Doors open @ 6.45pm.

      Film starts @ 7.15pm, free
